Return Policy

  1. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. To start a return, you can contact us at artbykamask@gmail.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: A-203, Mahesh Galaxy, Next to Meenakshipuram, Wadgaon Budruk, Sinhagad College Road Pune, Maharashtra - 411041.
  4. Customer bears shipping costs unless defective or incorrect item received.
  5. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  1. artbyKAMASK allows exchanges within 10 days of delivery.
  2. To initiate an exchange, contact customer service via email - artbykamask@gmail.com or/and phone- 9340130576 - within 10 days of delivery.
  3. Items must be in original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  4. Customer bears return shipping costs unless defective or incorrect item received.
  5. Exchange for equal or lesser value item available; no refunds or store credits provided.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  1. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
  2. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  3. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds issued in original payment method.
  2. Refund amount includes item price plus taxes; shipping costs non-refundable.
  3. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  4. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
  5. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at artbykamask@gmail.com

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  2. Contact customer service via email or phone to cancel.
  3. Full refund processed within 10 business days.
  4. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
